RE: Gear Change 1997 GMC Yukon

Technically incorrect. If you're RPMs are increased at a given speed, your emissions will also increase. They have to. Technically true, but they put a hose on your exhaust pipe and idle it for a few minutes. They don't run the truck at 65MPH. The stuff that comes out the tailpipe doesn't change at all when the truck is sitting there idling, whether you have 3.08 or 4.88 gears. In PA they do test the emissions at a certian speed. I do not know for sure but something like 55 mph .

Bad power supply

About 2 months ago a storm went through my area. My computer was dead. I changed the power supply and everything was ok. This morning the computer is dead again. No storms. Could the computer be knocking out the power supply? Computer is about 6 years old, E Machines. I don't want to replace the power supply again if the problem could be the computer. I'm not sure what other info is needed so please ask. Thanks Lee

RE: What's the difference between

Dually was a must for me so not a problem. Have any idea how much an exhaust brake cost to get installed? Jimbo If you are getting a dually than the difference between a 250 and 350 does not matter. You can not get a 250 dually.

RE: Suburban 97 ??? pull 07 keystone tt

No a 1500 sub will not pull or stop that trailer. I had a 99 sub pulling a 6000 lb trailer. I was at my limit.

RE: SEVERE sway with my 2008 cougar304BHS?????

where exactly is the fresh water tank located on my 2008 cougar 304bhs? I have POLAR package and cant see anything. Would it be back half of trailer or front half? The tank should be right below the tank fill.

RE: New TV-now I have a problem

Could be the "p" rated tires. They have a softer sidewall.

RE: tire blow-out

Had my first blowout on the PA turnpike monday. Good old properly inflated not overloaded Loadstar. I was going between 55 and 60. Didn't know it blew. Wish I could have thanked the person signaling for me to pull over.

RE: Report: friction Sway Control 30'ish footer...

681 pounds seems a little light for a 31 foot trailer.

RE: How to winterize a keystone cougar 304bhs?

You can buy the winterizing kit that was installed on the c-19. It includes the 3 way valve and the short hose to the antifreeze bottle.

RE: Duncan's Family Campground ( Maryland/Baltimore)

I would bet there are campgrounds with unregistered sex offenders working and staying there. If there are none registered will that make it safe. Watch your children.

RE: Any Pa campers?

Greetings! New to the site. We've camped quite a few times in 2006 in the PUP at Sunsational CG and Poe Valley SP. The kids love anywhere near water. We moved to NM in 2007 and have camped around the state (thanks to work). Haven't done anything 'official' yet as we've been waiting for the weather to warm up (don't know if heat works in PUP). Just bought the 2008 Jayco (in MI). Just have to go and pick it up. That'll be the maiden voyage/long camp trip will be. so where do you live in pa? you posted in the pa campers thread. welcome to the site.

Your method may not work hitching and unhitching at an angle.
